What to expect on Kaui Shrimp Farm Tour

During the tour, guests gain exclusive behind-the-scenes access to one of Hawaiʻi’s only commercial shrimp farms.

You’ll walk the ponds and learn how our famous Kaua‘i Shrimp is raised — from water sourcing and salinity control to feeding protocols and harvest cycles.

We proudly raise our shrimp 100% antibiotic- and preservative-free, following strict biosecurity and sustainability practices to protect both our product and our environment.

Throughout the experience, we discuss the innovation behind modern aquaculture in Hawaiʻi — how we manage pond ecosystems, monitor growth, and maintain quality standards on an active working farm.

The tour concludes with delicious Kaua‘i Shrimp lunch and local stories that connect our ponds to the broader effort of strengthening Hawaiʻi’s farmers.
